This images went through many stages of editing, first the initial edit which is seen on the right that was just to enhance the image in general messing around with exposure, contrast and texture. Then once that image was competed, phase two of editing was increasing the colours within the image (saturation, hue and luminance) from there changing the highlight and shadow tones and their balance, then the calibration of the image, by adjusting the red, blue and green primary. Once the image was now in yellow and purple the small details where adjusted to finish off the image.

This images already had an abstract lighting affect, this was achieved by projecting light though coloured cellophane. This meant the editing technique used where much lighter than the image above. In the image exposure, tones, saturation, texture, clarity, contrast and luminance where enhanced to achieve this final edit. Once the image was complete it was opened in photoshop to add the black streak over the eyes.

This images was edited in the same way as the first, only differing in the use of the liquify tool in photoshop to get the swirled affect.
