BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOGRAPHS

I made the images mostly black and white to enhance the low key lighting affects therefore making the image appear more mysterious and editorial. My process of editing this image was to:

• Edit the image normally to improve it

• Remove all colours except yellow

• Re-edit the image to increase the intensity shadows and highlights therefore improving the black and white affect

• Edit the yellow spots the to make bronze

This image I mostly changed the tones and intensity of each colour so that it would flow in a series with the one above. My process of editing this image was to:

• Edit normally to improve exiting features

• Fiddle around with colours to adjust tones ect

• Re edit basics then compare with other images to gage flow, similarities, colours and levels of editing

In this image I enhanced all of the colours to change the gold face paint. As well as making the eye the focal point to increase interest and texture within the photograph. My process of editing this image was to:

• Edit normally to improve exiting features

• Increase or decrease colours to change the tones, texture and appearance but keeping the skin colour normal to not off set views

• Select the eye and increase the editing and colours to increase visuals
